Requirements:

• 8+ years as a hands-on Solutions Architect designing and implementing complex data platforms.
• 2+ years of consulting leadership experience in projects and client relationships.
• Expertise in various SAP modules such as FI, MM, CO, SD, PM, PP, SRM, and CRM.
• Proven experience in data model architecture and migrating data from SAP to EDW.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA migrations, particularly from ECC.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms like Snowflake.
• Ability to serve as a trusted advisor in pre-sales and delivery phases.
• Programming experience in Java, Python, Scala, or ABAP.
• Solid understanding of modern data architectures including cloud platforms.
• Strong proficiency with SQL for complex data transformation queries.
• Successfully leading and managing a team of Solution Architects and Data Engineers.
• Collaboration with stakeholders across global projects for successful delivery.
• Strong relationship-building skills to drive customer success.
• Ownership in resolving challenges to ensure project success.
• Proven ability to deliver technical solutions ensuring performance and security.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in client-facing roles.
• Ability to create detailed presentations and technical documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate multiple customer projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with client executives and understand their business challenges.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex data issues and design scalable solutions.
• Design and manage data migration from SAP systems into Enterprise Data Warehouses.
• Provide guidance during pre-sales and project delivery phases on SAP solutions.
• Leverage deep SAP expertise to support migrations to platforms like Snowflake.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects, specifically from ECC to S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data migration strategies.
