Requirements:

• Multiple years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Previous experience managing and mentoring software engineers
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, pair programming, domain driven design, ci/cd, and writing tests
• Strong sense of personal accountability and ownership
• Expertise in developing web apps or mobile apps
• Previous healthcare experience (nice to have)

Responsibilities:

• Manage, lead, and grow a team of fullstack software engineers working across eleanor’s products and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to plan roadmaps and initiatives
• Shape the technical direction for your team
• Drive continuous improvement in development best practices
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Manage team resourcing needs and growth
• Own your team’s software and infrastructure
• Engage with the technical & healthcare communities
