Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a game producer.
• Demonstrated ability to operate successfully in high ambiguity situations.
• Experience working with both internal and external teams.
• Mobile game development or production experience.
• Strong creative instincts and making solid creative decisions.
• Experience wrangling early-stage game projects.
• Proficiency in influencing without direct management.
• Passion for AI in games and familiarity with AI in game design/development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the budget and schedule for early-stage external projects, influencing design and execution while coordinating communication.
• Represent GenAI for Games in cross-functional teams during the full production of AI-enabled games, ensuring AI elements are effectively incorporated.
• Provide production leadership for internal projects as needed, coordinating schedules and resolving production challenges.
• Be a member of the GenAI for Games leadership team, influencing project decisions and strategic execution.
