Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a quarrying/mining/O&G organization, early-stage high-growth company, agricultural or policy/government entity, or a sustainability focused role.
• Knowledge of geology.
• Top 5% attention to detail.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience using advanced data analysis tools such as Python or R.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Ability to proactively identify potential problems or opportunities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to drive progress cross-functionally.
• Independence and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• You will support Lithos’ strategic investigations across a variety of areas focusing primarily on our geographies, creative partnership opportunities, and our existing growth flywheels.
• Primary goals will include identifying and prioritizing new operational partners, pioneering creative partnerships, analyzing cost-effective solutions for long-distance transportation and quarry layouts, and supporting other strategic objectives.
