• Minimum of 7 years of partnerships, business development, strategy, and/or sales/marketing experience.
• Strategic thinking with a capacity to lead integration/API partnerships end-to-end.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making data-driven decisions.
• Ability to build and influence cross-functional teams across various departments.
• Technical proficiency with integration partnerships and product roadmap shaping.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Defining and building a vision for the next generation of Jane’s partnerships.
• Implementing approaches to accelerate marketplace strategy and engaging integration partners.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners for mutual value.
• Leading contract negotiations to ensure win-win outcomes.
• Identifying strategically meaningful problems to be solved by partners.
• Collaborating with cross-functional team members to formulate partnership strategies.
• Facilitating the building of functions that support Jane’s partnership platform.
• Defining operations and tooling for a scaling platform business.
