• Passion for technology, finance, and digital products.
• Experience in agile product development, ideally in capital markets or banking.
• Experience building scalable and reliable cloud-native, microservice-based technology platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Attention to detail and a culture of excellence.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to different audiences.
• Understanding of customer problems and needs.
• Hands-on from ideation to user story.
• Experience with agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Balsamiq, Figma.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a cross-functional team building a new greenfield technology platform.
• Own product strategy and product roadmap.
• Drive implementation of the best solutions to challenging problems.
• Coordinate the product development process end-to-end and manage stakeholder communications.
• Lead integrations with other services and capital markets infrastructure.
• Create timelines and manage dependencies for best delivery.
