• Patience, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Have introductory calls with every employee within 1 month.
• Understand products, CRM workflows, and performance metrics.
• Respond to customer queries and maintain daily availability.
• Gather feedback, suggest improvements, and prepare monthly reports.
