3+ years of experience as an engineering manager, 4+ years of experience building cloud-native infrastructure and dataops tooling, experience with dataops and agile software development practices, experience driving delivery for complex initiatives, experience working with backend and feature teams, familiarity with modern-data-stack tools and services, passionate about data management and governance/privacy best practices
