• Greets and welcomes members courteously and professionally.
• Handles requests for information regarding financial products.
• Sells loan programs based on members’ needs.
• Processes transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follows security procedures to maintain member confidentiality.
• Assists with account service issues and resolves problems.
• Participates in Sales and Marketing initiatives.
• Aims to meet production and referral goals.
