Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a trading firm, hedge fund or investment bank.
- Superb self-management skills, with a preference for organized work through checklists.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Graduate degree in any major.
- Desire to become an expert on digital assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming counterparty settlement requests within a pre-agreed timeframe.
- Act as a point of contact for a portfolio of counterparties.
- Ensure trades, transfers and inventory reconciliation happens across internal and external systems.
- Monitor daily inventory needs and liaise with Treasury Management.
- Provide inputs to compliance and risk teams for regulatory controls.
- Adhere to trade operations processes for compliance.
- Liaise with Accounting for timely trade and settlement data.
- Perform reconciliations to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Improve reconciliation processes and identify gaps.
