Requirements:

3+ years of experience managing teams of software engineers, 5+ years of technical leadership, technical understanding of software engineering, experience managing a remote team, strong communication skills, nice to have: experience with distributed systems and databases, familiarity with storage engines like rocksdb, familiarity with kafka, k8s, and/or managing database applications in the cloud.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of database engineers, improve query capabilities, scalability, and reliability of the product, work with product managers to shape the future of the product, set team culture, mentor and advocate for team members.Apply
