Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome.
• Demonstrated product knowledge after the nesting period.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
• Must own a desktop computer (not a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook).
• Webcam and internet access required.
• Must have a designated quiet workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for qualifying callers for various programs, products, or services offered by clients.
• Handle both outbound and inbound calls.
• Tasks may include appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting.
