Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Great verbal and written communication skills required.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems including Google Chrome.
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge after the nesting period.
• Adaptability to a fast-changing environment.
• Must own a suitable computer (no Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook).
• Webcam and internet access are required.
• Must have a desk/workstation in a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products or services that clients offer.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls.
• Tasks include appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent communication skills while interacting with callers.
