Requirements:

• 5+ years in large program experience leading architecture and design.
• 5+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions and workflows.
• 3+ years' experience with web technologies including API's, CSS, XML, HTML, Web Services.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript design and development.
• 3+ years experience in REST Web Services development and integration.
• Knowledgeable on ServiceNow Best Practices and Procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize ServiceNow expertise to architect, design, develop and deploy solutions.
• Drive collaborative team efforts, mentoring, and ensuring quality documentation.
• Lead project teams to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Conduct client demos, workshops, and integration design sessions.
• Serve as escalation point for technical issues and influence stakeholders.
