Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with digital experience monitoring tools.
• Bilingual in English and Portuguese.
• Experience with configuring and customizing monitoring agents.
• Knowledge of web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with mobile frameworks and tag management technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge with modern technologies like containers and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Evangelize Dynatrace’s product offerings during trade shows and customer meetings.
• Partner with sales representatives to identify new sales opportunities.
• Participate in proof of concept (PoC) creation and cloud architecture discussions.
• Present Dynatrace’s vision to C-suite executives.
• Provide technical guidance in sales cycles.
• Ensure key demonstrations are delivered at industry events.
• Gather and provide feedback from customers to improve market fit.
• Work with the local sales team to identify development opportunities.
