Requirements:
  • 2-4+ years consulting experience within Salesforce Partner or AWS ecosystems.
  • 2+ years hands-on configuration of Service Cloud Voice, preferably with Amazon Connect.
  • Ability to establish credibility with customer decision makers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to assess customers’ business goals for product solutions.
  • Strong communication and extraordinary listening skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodology, user stories, scrum calls, and backlog management.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and dashboard creation.
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in client meetings for requirements sessions, demos, and training.
  • Evaluate client business processes and identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and documents.
  • Develop user stories and process diagrams for Salesforce solutions.
  • Complete configuration for user stories within Salesforce and other technologies.
  • Document and assign technical work for offshore collaboration.
  • Ensure quality deliverables.
