Requirements:
- 2-4+ years consulting experience within Salesforce Partner or AWS ecosystems.
- 2+ years hands-on configuration of Service Cloud Voice, preferably with Amazon Connect.
- Ability to establish credibility with customer decision makers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to assess customers’ business goals for product solutions.
- Strong communication and extraordinary listening skills.
- Experience with Agile methodology, user stories, scrum calls, and backlog management.
