Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Perform general compliance reviews for employee files including Auto Insurance, Driver’s Licenses, Motor Vehicle Reports, Background Checks, Healthcare Licenses, and Continuing Education.
Monitor and track compliance documents to ensure they meet state and regulatory requirements.
Communicate with employees to request and verify necessary documentation.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing purposes.
Collaborate with the Compliance team to address and resolve compliance issues as they arise.
