Requirements:

• BS or BA in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive analytical and leadership experience.
• Advanced experience with Financial modeling and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing projects end-to-end.
• Comfortable discussing ideas with all levels of leadership.
• Experience with digital transformation in cloud environments.
• Ability to identify data sources and develop meaningful KPIs.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Senior Director of Finance.
• Support North America region through financial modeling and strategic planning.
• Execute annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and quarterly business updates.
• Partner with business teams to drive performance.
• Build strong relationships with executive management and strategy teams.
• Enhance and automate finance processes.
• Drive understanding of market landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Determine metrics to monitor investment effectiveness.
• Develop tools and dashboards for scalable analysis.
• Prepare quarterly competitor analysis.
• Leverage financial and technological resources to transform customer service.
