Requirements:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in closing enterprise software sales.
  • Successful track record in enterprise software sales at the executive level.
  • Ability to manage and compress sales cycles in complex organizations.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills, including negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience in acquiring new business and building diverse territory plans.
  • Ability to operate effectively in high-velocity situations.
  • Familiarity with the observability and modern application market.
  • Familiar with MEDDPIC for collaboration and co-selling.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute territory plans for revenue growth within regionally focused Enterprise accounts.
  • Manage 7-10 customer accounts and engage with 5-8 prospects.
  • Drive new customer acquisitions while expanding usage within existing accounts.
  • Consult with executives to develop strategies that enhance Dynatrace's value.
  • Establish presence in new markets through demonstrations and targeted initiatives.
  • Develop a strong contact network within named accounts and partners.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to meet customer business needs.
  • Ensure successful implementations for customers.
