Requirements:

• 4-10 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or partnerships, with some experience in healthcare.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM software and data analysis.
• Ability to travel as needed for partner meetings and events.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage referring providers including primary care, specialist physicians, and hospital discharge planners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to drive patient referrals.
• Develop and implement strategies for market expansion, including lead generation and continuous engagement.
• Work closely with internal teams to align on strategic initiatives and optimize partnerships.
• Represent Brave Health at conferences and events to promote the mission.
