Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline.
Working experience with one or more wire-framing tools.
Willingness to share knowledge and ideas with co-workers.
Experience designing modular front-end components and building advanced web experiences.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
Experience with design/prototyping tools like Figma, OmniGraffle, Adobe XD, Keynote, PowerPoint or equivalent.
Web design experience is a bonus.
Experience in user research and usability testing or excellent visual design skills will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product teams and fellow designers to create and improve applications.
Define user needs and translate business requirements into effective interactive experiences.
Design wireframes and interactive prototypes for various devices.
Address complex data visualization and rich interactivity.
Drive common look and feel across different product portfolios.
Participate in user research and usability evaluation.
Advocate for both user needs and business needs in a collaborative environment.
