Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline.
• Working experience with one or more wire-framing tools.
• Willingness to share knowledge and ideas with co-workers.
• Experience designing modular front-end components and building advanced web experiences.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience with design/prototyping tools like Figma, OmniGraffle, Adobe XD, Keynote, PowerPoint or equivalent.
• Web design experience is a bonus.
• Experience in user research and usability testing or excellent visual design skills will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product teams and fellow designers to create and improve applications.
• Define user needs and translate business requirements into effective interactive experiences.
• Design wireframes and interactive prototypes for various devices.
• Address complex data visualization and rich interactivity.
• Drive common look and feel across different product portfolios.
• Participate in user research and usability evaluation.
• Advocate for both user needs and business needs in a collaborative environment.
