Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in residential real estate acquisitions or program management.
• 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in real estate financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience in managing complex programs within budget and timelines; PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen for evaluating real estate investment performance.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:
