Requirements:
4+ years of operational excellence experience within an hr, customer service, strategy, consulting, or product management role, a clear understanding of how hr operations works in support of global professionals, experience with tech product development process, experience supporting large scale transformational programs including foundational system infrastructure, experience working in enterprise b2b saas environment at a global scale preferred, bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field, ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong communication and presentation skills, strong influencing skills
