• Experience recruiting for various functions such as GTM, Engineering, Product, and Operations.

• Previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company.
• Analytical skills to utilize key recruiting metrics in strategy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full recruitment life cycle across all teams globally, including Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations.
• Act as a strategic partner to company leaders and hiring managers, ensuring timely hiring goals with top-tier candidates.
• Use creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Ensure a positive and fair candidate experience that fosters long-term relationships.
