• Academic degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, Chemistry, Risk Assessment, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in scientific consulting with successful business development track record.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with external clients, regulatory agencies, and internal staff.
• Demonstrated business development and leadership capabilities.
