Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as an AR/AP Analyst, Billing Specialist, or similar role.
• Understanding of GAAP and revenue accounting concepts.
• Proven track record of process improvement.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office including VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
• Persistent and assertive yet professional approach to supplier queries.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of payroll service for clients.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable ledger and resolve queries.
• Drive resolution of client payroll queries through internal and external communications.
• Investigate supplier tax, social security, and VAT treatments.
• Review and process vendor payments and enable high performance of the analyst team.
• Lead supplier calls, maintain the general ledger, and perform journal entries and reconciliations as needed.
• Produce weekly supplier statement reconciliations and revenue reporting, drive credit control, and lead client onboarding.
• Perform month-end close journals and reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and adhoc process transformation work.
