Requirements:

• Initial experience as part of an international company preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, or similar field preferred
• Fluency in English, German, and Polish
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment for production centers
• Establish and maintain relationships with departments and hiring managers
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit
• Support HR admin team with necessary paperwork
