Requirements:
- Previous experience as an appointment setter or similar role in a high-ticket sales environment.
- Familiarity with selling Ecommerce services.
- Experience selling or setting appointments for high-ticket programs such as $25k-100k offers.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Flexible availability to work across different time zones.
- Experience using CRM software, preferably Go High Level.
Responsibilities:
- Become a trusted point of contact for potential clients.
- Engage warm leads generated from various marketing campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Meta, Google, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Qualify leads by confirming investment readiness and ensuring they meet established criteria.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and manage information in CRM (Go High Level).
- Follow up with leads via email and text to improve show-up rates.
- Maintain detailed records of lead interactions, appointment status, and call outcomes.
- Participate in training sessions and sales huddles to refine skills and stay updated.
