Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with Salesforce environment.
• Familiarity with Shopify's eCommerce functionalities.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the team’s needs and facilitate goal setting.
• Analyze and implement solutions based on requirements.
• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps and define solutions.
• Support user story prioritization to maximize business value.
• Prepare technical reports by analyzing trends.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Write business cases, produce process maps, and document requirements.
