Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent IT work experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in a multinational setting.
• Excellent spoken and written German language skills (B2), English is an advantage.
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Perl, Bash, REXX, C#, Java).
• Knowledge of tools and technologies used in development environments: IntelliJ, Visual Studio Code, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Nexus.
• Database knowledge: Oracle, DB/2, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Linux, z/OS.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, active contribution to team work.
• Experience in agile methodologies.
• Structured, solution-oriented work approach.
• Flexibility and an open personality.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new features and adapt existing applications according to client and business analyst requirements.
• Verify code correctness and functionality, troubleshoot issues.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate daily tasks derived from user stories, document progress.
• Work in agile, cross-functional teams and assist in testing.
• Database tuning.
