Sr. Front End Developer / Shopify Developer

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Front-End (or Full-Stack) developer; startup experience is a bonus.
• Thorough understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6), CSS3, and HTML5.
• Experience with Git and basic knowledge of zsh or bash.
• General experience building and maintaining Shopify stores (Liquid and ThemeKit).
• Understanding of designing applications and their technical and business implications.
• Ability to communicate with clients clearly and confidently.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a knack for simplifying complex problems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ecommerce websites according to project requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
• Stay updated on Shopify updates, new features, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Participate in Agile development processes like sprint planning and stand-up meetings.
• Collaborate with third-party service providers for integrations.
• Monitor application performance and implement optimizations.
• Work with clients to build new sites and features.
• Deliver features on-time with clear priorities.
• Provide feedback on design and implementation efforts.
