Requirements:

• Native Uzbek Speaker
• C1+ English proficiency
• 1-3 years of experience with subtitling, dubbing, or localization processes
• Expert knowledge of Uzbek language and culture, including lingo and cultural references.
• Organized and adaptable to changing priorities
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Empathetic and proactive team leader

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate localization efforts with studios and perform quality control of English creative assets.
• Create subtitles/dubbing scripts in Uzbek, ensuring cultural accuracy.
• Perform quality control on scripts and audio tracks for consistency.
• Create localized metadata for regional audiences.
• Meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.
• Document all processes related to localization.
