Requirements:

• Previous experience as an appointment setter or in a similar role within a high-ticket sales environment.
• Preferred bilingual in English and Spanish as 5-10% of leads may be Spanish-speaking.
• Familiarity with selling Ecommerce services.
• Experience selling or setting appointments for high-ticket programs, such as $25k-100k offers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability to work across different time zones.
• Experience using CRM software, preferably Go High Level.

Responsibilities:

• Become a trusted point of contact for potential clients.
• Engage warm leads generated from various marketing campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Meta, Google, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Qualify leads by confirming investment readiness and ensuring they meet established criteria.
• Schedule appointments for our sales team and manage information in our CRM (Go High Level).
• Follow up with leads via email and text to improve show-up rates.
• Maintain detailed records of lead interactions, appointment status, and call outcomes.
• Participate in training sessions and sales huddles to refine skills and stay updated.
