• At least 5+ years of experience as a professional coach is necessary.
• Industry certifications are required.
• Registration as an Independent Contractor is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one online career coaching to clients via video calls.
• Support clients in reaching their personal and professional goals.
• Create and curate individualized coaching plans.
• Work flexibly according to your own schedule.
• Pilot new coaching protocols in a test-driven environment.
