Requirements:

• Salesforce administration technical knowledge, especially in data load and maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, and other departments.
• Ability to communicate complex information to non-technical colleagues.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator.
• Certified Tableau Desktop Specialist.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support to Sales and Customer Experience leaders in using data and BI.
• Generate reports and data analysis for sales insights.
• Ensure data quality and integrity in Salesforce and key BI tools.
• Support external sales-related solutions and initiatives.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and data support as needed.
• Manage data loads from key platforms to BI tools.
