Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in top-tier investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or a fast-growing technology company.
• STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a globally recognised university.
• Proactive self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can execute ideas effectively.
• Fast learner with responsibility-taking ability and capability to impact business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Build scale-up infrastructure including management processes like performance management, compensation, hiring practices, organizational design, and KPI planning.
• Drive special initiatives involving projects or emergencies such as funding rounds or product performance issues.
• Oversee assigned business areas, monitoring performance and providing insights to the Founder.
