Reports Manager Specialist

Requirements:

• Intermediate-level skills in Excel, including knowledge of charts, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and functions like VLOOKUP and SUMIF.
• Experience managing and generating operational and performance reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Zendesk, and Excel tools.
• Good organizational skills for document tracking and cross-functional reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of Fulfillment SPP Scorecards.
• Scorecard Management for all of fulfillment.
• Managing overall 'health' of documents including handling changes/edits to scorecards.
• Complete Audits as assigned, including Returns, EODs, SOSs.
• Creation of Fulfillment Actuals file weekly and monthly.
• Create reporting as necessary for the Fulfillment Department.
• Create tickets in Zendesk from Tableau for SKU Inspection.
• Doclink Management and Support.
• Management of Fulfillment Capital Expense tracking.
• Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
