• Good design sense, with experience using tools like Canva, Figma, or similar.
• Ability to manage small administrative tasks efficiently.
• Digital native, comfortable using Notion, Google Suite, and other collaborative tools.
• A strong work ethic, self-drive, and thirst for learning.
• Common sense, reliability, and a natural drive to keep things organized.
• Problem-solving skills to get things done.
• Enthusiasm for creating an inclusive, positive work environment.
• Professional written and verbal fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Transforming our People-related Notion workspace into an engaging, interactive platform that is easy to navigate and enjoyable to use.
• Design Support: Creating visually appealing layouts, infographics, and other design elements to enhance user engagement and content clarity.
• Admin Support: Assisting with updating internal documents, formatting files, and ensuring all materials are organized and accessible.
• Collaborative Projects: Working closely with the People team to generate ideas and content that reflect our company culture, values, and mission.
