Requirements:

• At least two years of prior experience in public accounting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of audits, reviews, and compilation work across various industries.
• Experience auditing large privately held businesses, 401K plans, governmental entities, or nonprofits.
• Previous experience with Engagement trial balance software preferred.
• Strong technical skills in analyzing financial statements.
• Competent in leading fieldwork and managing performance.
• CPA certification or CPA certification in progress preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a team with associates and managers to understand clients and their businesses.
• Provide exceptional audit services by accurately reporting on financial statements and offering insights.
• Plan auditing processes, assign tasks, conduct risk assessments, and identify methods to improve compliance.
• Assist with engagement administration including developing audit programs and customized procedures.
• Complete audit processes, document higher-risk areas, and build productive relationships with clients.
• Develop understanding of market trends and share knowledge with associates.
• Research financial statement and audit-related issues and prepare financial statements.
