Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Extensive US GAAP knowledge, CPA preferred.
• Approximately 6 years of related work experience.
• Experience in technology, media, or digital advertising companies is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel and Google sheets with strong data analytic skills.
• NetSuite or related ERP system experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Own General Ledger (GL) accounting including calculations and journal entries.
• Perform and maintain balance sheet reconciliations and schedules.
• Oversee Procurement processes and manage Accounts Payable.
• Collaborate with vendors and departments on financial processes.
• Assist with tax planning and participate in special projects.
