Requirements:
5+ years experience managing and directing paymasters, experience with remittances or payroll processing, hands-on experience with production union payroll, knowledge of unions and associated agreements, expert in multi-union environment, ability to calculate union timecards, excellent communication skills, collaboration with clients and internal departments, commitment to industry knowledge, ability to set and hold the team accountable to goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead and optimize a team of paymasters and payroll remittance specialists, share domain expertise to drive efficiencies, review and ensure compliance with union regulations, establish understanding of clients' union payroll process, participate in strategic planning, oversee remittance process and create metrics, stay up-to-date with industry standards and union contracts, research and resolve issues, manage team and set goals.Apply
