π Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
- Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience is required.
- 35%+ travel is necessary.
- Familiarity with the full range of Experian Health products and services is preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Relationship Manager within healthcare IT or revenue cycle management, managing multiple provider accounts.
- Provider-based background is recommended in PAS and/or PFS roles.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com or a similar CRM.
- Experience with Healthcare Revenue Cycle, Registration, and backend billing is required.
- Maintain relationships with clients at an operational level, connecting with the client regularly to assist with issue resolution and align enhancements with client needs.
- Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with Sales, documenting action items and future strategies based on client successes and ROI.
- Foster proactive client engagement with the Experian Health Community, promoting adoption for support case management and product improvements.
