- Maintain the existing book of business by issuing certificates and processing endorsements.
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance requirements and make recommendations.
- Review and advise on gaps in coverage, suggesting additional coverages.
- Liaise with insurance partners to create optimal insurance packages for clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Deliver meaningful client experiences with each interaction.
- Upsell and cross-sell to the current book of business.
- Process remarkets.
