Requirements:

• Fluent in English and another language (Fulani Fula).
• All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
• Must be aged 21 or over.
• Formal qualifications such as Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI), Community Interpreting.
• NRPSI, CIOL, ITI registration is advantageous.
• A Degree in Translation/Interpreting/Languages or any other interpreting related qualification.

Responsibilities:

• Interpreting between English and native language over the phone or video.
• Providing interpretation services to clients with limited English proficiency.
• Interpreting for various services including legal, health, and local government.
• Checking comprehension of non-English speakers after each sentence.
• Offering accurate, confidential, and impartial interpreting services.
