Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 7+ years to 10 years of progressively responsible work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD10 coding, medical terminology, and revenue cycle regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance for departmental operations.
• Monitor daily activities and staff performance, conducting regular reviews.
• Develop long- and short-term objectives and improve revenue cycle processes.
• Ensure compliance with service levels and address internal customer expectations.
• Manage vendor contracts and performance metrics for cash collections.
