Requirements:

• Five or more years of hands-on experience with the Banner Student module at colleges or universities or as a consultant.
• Proven expertise in implementing the Banner Student module and automating business processes in Registrar, Admissions, or Records offices.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, self-direction, and adaptability.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive Banner implementation services, including training, functional consulting, and technical support, at client sites and remotely.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and recommend technological solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Banner Student module to ensure seamless operation.
