Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Must be aged 21 or over.
• Formal qualifications such as a Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI) or Community Interpreting.
• NRPSI, CIOL, ITI registration is advantageous.
• Degree in Translation/Interpreting/Languages or any other interpreting related qualification.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret between English and Turkish over the phone or video.
• Provide interpretation services to clients with limited English proficiency.
• Interpret for legal, health, and local government services.
• Check non-English speakers' understanding after each sentence.
• Provide accurate, confidential, and impartial interpreting services.
