Develop and manage deployment plans, including timelines, resources, and risk assessments. Work closely with product development, engineering, and client services teams for seamless deployment. Create documentation and manage client-specific technical deployment artifacts. Communicate infrastructure technical requirements to clients and manage deployment issues. Provide technical answers to client queries and participate in architectural reviews. Liaise with clients to understand needs, provide updates, and gather feedback. Facilitate training sessions for clients and internal teams. Track deployment progress and performance metrics, providing updates to stakeholders. Identify and resolve deployment challenges promptly. Gather insights post-deployment to enhance future strategies and processes. Support Client Services team with RFI and RFP responses.
