Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software solution deployment, particularly in cloud-based services.
  • 3+ years of experience with MS Azure cloud; AWS and GCP experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud technologies and Dockerized Images.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a client-facing or consulting role.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage deployment plans, including timelines, resources, and risk assessments.
  • Work closely with product development, engineering, and client services teams for seamless deployment.
  • Create documentation and manage client-specific technical deployment artifacts.
  • Communicate infrastructure technical requirements to clients and manage deployment issues.
  • Provide technical answers to client queries and participate in architectural reviews.
  • Liaise with clients to understand needs, provide updates, and gather feedback.
  • Facilitate training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Track deployment progress and performance metrics, providing updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve deployment challenges promptly.
  • Gather insights post-deployment to enhance future strategies and processes.
  • Support Client Services team with RFI and RFP responses.
