Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a work-related field from an accredited college or university or two years of progressively responsible and directly-related work experience.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop solutions.
• Skills in planning and organizational tactics.
• Effective communication in written and verbal formats.
• Familiarity with billing procedures and third-party payer claims processing.
• Knowledge of software related to accounts receivable management and billing.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to use large data sets to make conclusions and recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of specialists to gather and summarize productivity and quality data.
• Collaborate with PBO Managers to identify growth areas and address performance issues.
• Analyze operational workflows for automation potential.
• Lead strategic initiatives, defining processes and engaging stakeholders.
• Optimize patient financial services through new workflows and best practices.
• Interpret complex data for operational improvements and training.
• Identify and address productivity delays.
• Implement automation programs.
• Build relationships across the Revenue Cycle.
• Guide billing office leadership with program initiatives.
