Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree required.
• MBA and/or relevant post-graduate qualifications preferred.
• 15+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum of 10 years in market access leadership positions.
• Established network of Payer and PBM relationships.
• Prior people management experience, especially managing payer account teams.
• Successful track record in negotiating access for prescription products.
• Possess strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence in a changing environment.
• Travel requirement of up to 30%.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary market access contact for the US region.
• Build access strategy teams across payer account, field reimbursement, patient services, and specialty pharmacy distribution.
• Champion pricing and reimbursement requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Develop negotiation strategies and market access tactics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for strategic planning.
• Design a tailored patient support program.
• Provide Market Access perspectives for business development initiatives.
• Develop engagement strategies pre- and post-approval.
• Influence relationships with medical and non-medical stakeholders.
• Mentor individuals on the Market Access team.
• Contribute to brand planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
